ROEL Completes Construction of Long Beach Lincoln Mercury Mazda Dealership
Long Beach , CA … ROEL Construction has completed construction of the new Lincoln Mercury Mazda dealership in Long Beach . Located on 5 acres, this 41,950-square-foot ground-up project includes an 11,450-square-foot showroom, two service centers totaling 30,500 square feet, a repair yard, and offices.
Nudell Architects was the architect. Consultants to the design team included J.S. Dyer & Associates as structural engineer, RPM Engineers as the mechanical and electrical engineer, KPFF Consulting Engineers as the civil engineer, and Kleinfelder as geotechnical engineer. ROEL representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Katie Ralls as project manager, Denis Fierro as superintendent, and Jodi Herrmann as project coordinator.
Subcontractors for this $4.9 million project included Canyon Consulting, Empire Demolition, RC Grading, Qwest Engineering, TH Landscape, Onyx Paving Company, Beta Construction, Morrison Concrete, Industrial Masonry, Triad Steel Services, R.G.
