ROEL PROGRESSES ON SCHOLLE OFFICE CENTER

Irvine , CA … ROEL Constuction Co. Inc. is progressing on construction of Scholle Office Center located on Jamboree Road . Grading is currently underway for this 133,058-square-foot, 5-story office building development that will include one level below-grade parking and a 112,000-square-foot addition to the existing parking structure. The new building is the third in the complex. The steel, pre-cast and curtain wall shell building will be completed in early 2008 with core areas such as first floor lobby and restrooms, and utility rooms on each floor.

Chris Bailey with Dorn Platz Company is the representative for the owner, Scholle Jamboree Property Development LLC , and David Converse represents Converse Consulting , the construction manager. Paul Boundy is the representative for LRS Architects, Inc. , the architect. Consultants to the design team include Brandow & Johnston Associates as the structural engineer and as the civil engineer. Choate Parking Consultants is the architect for the parking structure with Ficcadenti & Waggoner as the structural engineer and BP & Associates as the mechanical and plumbing engineer. Conceptual Design & Planning Company is the landscape architect. ROEL representatives for this $24 million project include Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Mike Kearon as group manager, Ken Gladney as senior project manager, Andy Teclaw as project manager, David Mitchell as project superintendent, and Jodi Herrmann as project coordinator.
