ROEL COMPLETES TENANT IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION OF BRIGHT NOW! DENTAL

South Coast Metro, CA. . . ROEL Construction Company has completed tenant improvement construction of BND Services, Inc., formerly, Bright Now! Dental located at 201 E. Sandpointe on the 7 th and 8 th floors. The 7,957-square-foot project included expanding the existing space, complete renovations, and adding a new executive conference room.

Lori Negrete of Transwestern was the construction manager and Brian Koshley of IA Interior Architects was the project architect. ROEL representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Mike Renna as senior project manager, Troy Renfroe as superintendent, Rajesh Badri as project engineer, and Sonia Koval as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $139,600 project included Keystone Contracting Inc., Central Enterprises, Olympia Glass & Metal Inc., N-U Enterprise, Paragon Acoustical Company Inc., Professional Diversified Flooring Inc., Steger Inc., Martin Fire Protection Inc., Control Air Conditioning Corp., Electrical Source Inc., and Cal Protection Fire .
