ROEL Completes Exterior Improvments for Colorado Place

Bullhead City , AZ … ROEL Construction has completed the exterior improvement construction for Colorado Place , located at 2580 Highway 95 and 2585 Miracle Mile. The 100,000-square-foot project included the rehabilitation of the mixed use center and consisted of new architectural features, stucco, paint, and planters.

The Center's total renovation cost is close to $2,000,000 and includes new tenant and monument signage, landscaping and parking lot repairs.

Shannon Herber is the property manager for Colorado Place and Richard Biegel of Biegel & Company LLC was the developer. Paul Selberg of Selberg Associates Inc. was the architect. ROEL representatives included Wayne Hickey as project executive, Bill Carter as group manager, Shawna Logsdon as project manager, Mike Bolda as project engineer, Bill Gildea as superintendent, and Janice Dempsey as project coordinator.

ubcontractors for this project included Filley's Concrete Cutting, Paramount Scaffold Inc., Protek Construction Inc., Concrete Designs Inc., Zorn Masonry Inc., Mansell Welding Inc., Hammond Caulking, Magik Glass & Door, Mohave Wall Systems, McMillin Painting, T. Morris Plumbing, and Robinson Electric Company.
