ROEL Breaks Ground on Father Joe's Village
San Diego , CA … ROEL Construction has broken ground on Father Joe's Village. The 217,115-square-foot project is located on 16 th and Market Streets and will consist of 136 apartment units in a 12-story building with retail space on the first floor and two levels of underground parking. The project is an Affordable/Workforce Housing development in downtown San Diego . Construction is scheduled to complete in December 2008.
Mathew Packard is the representative for Father Joe's Village s ,the developer. Joseph Wong of Joseph Wong Design Associates is the architect and Al deBerardinis of Cruzan Monroe is the construction manager. ROEL representatives include Brent Hughes as senior project manager, Rob Cruden as project manager, John Tontz as project engineer, Drew Peterson as superintendent, and Carol Maniglia as project coordinator.
