ROEL Completes Construction of California Bank & Trust Kajima

Los Angeles , CA … ROEL Construction has completed tenant improvement construction for California Bank & Trust Kajima located at 101 South San Pedro. The 11,000-square-foot project consisted of a remodel to the existing branch. It included total upgrades and renovation to the 5 th and 7 th floors. This project was completed in three phases.

David Russell represented the tenant, California Bank & Trust. Sandra Clark of Space Matters was the construction manager and Catharine Hughes of Hurkes Harris Design Associates, Inc. was the architect. ROEL representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Philip Levesque as project manager, Jeanne Graham as project engineer, Bob Pullen and Fidel Olvera as superintendents, and Christina Vu as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $672,255 project included Empire Demolition, Castlerock Environmental Inc., AM Cabinets, 3-D Door Inc., Tenant Construction & Improvement, Gold Coast Glass, Premier Wall Constructors, Paramount Tile, Paragon Acoustical Inc., PDF, Pacific Rim Contractors, Mobile Fire, Kilian Fire Protection, Muir-Chase Plumbing Co. Inc., California Comfort Systems, Boone Electric Inc., Building Electronic Controls, and A & R Titans.
