ROEL Completes Tenant Improvement Construction of Kaye Rose & Partners

San Diego , CA . . .ROEL Construction Company has completed a “nautical” tenant improvement construction for the law firm Kaye Rose & Partners, located in Emerald Plaza . This 9,500-square-foot project consisted of demolition, drywall, glazing, floor-coverings, MEP and high end finishes including custom millwork work stations, custom reception area, wood and slate flooring, metal panels and rivets, accent and faux painting, portals in walls, and specialty light fixtures.

Sonia Miró, RPA was the representative for the owner, RREEF America Reit II and Kris Carpenter of Hurkes Harris Design Associates Inc. was the construction manager. Dawn Schrock, also of Hurkes Harris Design Associates Inc. was the lead designer. ROEL representatives included Wayne Hickey as the project executive, Dave McCarthy as group manager, Jason Hunking as project manager, Rich Gomez as superintendent, and Norma Zepeda as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $550,000 project included Casper Company, Southwest Millworks, Guy Evans Inc., Xtreme Glass, Sun Coast Drywall, North County Acoustics, Resource Floors Inc., CP Enterprises, Allen & Hein, Western Fire, KMP, Control Air, Dialcom, and Bergelectric.
