ROEL Completes Tenant Improvement Construciton for Creative Leather Furniture

Costa Mesa , CA . . . ROEL Construction Company has completed construction of Creative Leather Furniture located at 3303 Hyland Avenue in Suite C. This 20,000 sf tenant improvement for a retail furniture store included a new sales area and showrooms, storage room, theater display area, and custom library display.  The scope included new millwork, stone, wood flooring, faux wall finishes and display lighting throughout.  Creative Leather handcrafts the finest quality and most diverse line of customized leather furniture.

Mike Gregory represented Creative Leather, the owner, and Bjorn Davidson represented the property owner, Birtcher Development & Investments. Jeffrey Adler of Bole' Planning & Design was the architect. ROEL representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Mike Renna as senior project manager, Rajesh Badri as project engineer, and Sonia Koval as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $400,000 project included Empire Demolition, SKAGGS Concrete Cutting Inc., JKB Corporation, North County Cabinetry, De Lamar Enterprises Inc., Edco Drywall, Paramount Tile, Paragon Acoustics, Professional Diversified Flooring, Aqua-Tech, Certified Contractors Inc., Jay-Mar Designs Inc., All Pro Fire Protection, Air Control Systems Inc., American Contractors Inc., and Gill Electric Inc .
