ROEL Completes LEED for Commercial Interiors Construction of U.S. Bancorp Regional Headquearters

San Diego, CA… ROEL Construction Co., Inc. has completed the commercial interiors project for U.S. Bancorp in the LEED Gold Certified La Jolla Commons Office Tower located at 4350 La Jolla Village Drive.  This 24,461 sf project consisted of a full-floor build out of the U.S. Bank regional headquarters, a new first floor branch location, along with a new ATM kiosk and building top signage.  The interiors were designed to meet the LEED for CI Silver certification that is currently pending approval.  To-date, this is the first LEED CI project for U.S. Bank.

John Cornuke represented TIAA-CREF and Bhavesh Parikh of Hines was the construction manager.  Marianne Berg of Carrier Johnson was the architect.  ROEL representatives for this project were Dave McCarthy as senior project manager, Tyler Mitchell, and Andy Omel LEED AP as project engineers, Mindy Bryant as project coordinator and Jonathan Wdowiak as superintendent.
