ROEL Completes Tenant Improvement Construction of Qualcomm's Building AW

San Diego , CA … ROEL Construction has completed tenant improvement construction of QUALCOMM, Incorporated's Building AW. The 68,000-square-foot office building included 8,000 square feet of lab space and the remaining was office space. The space also included new collaborative areas for the employees instead of the standard break rooms.

QUALCOMM, Inc. is the owner, represented by John Martin. Kristina Jones of San Diego-based Architects | Delawie Wilkes Rodrigues Barker was the architect. Design consultants to the design team included Paul Hausbeck of DEC Engineers and Randy Minnier of MPE Consulting. ROEL representatives included Doug Briggs as group manager, Gaurav Shah as project manager, Gary LaFever as superintendent, and Shawna McClure as project coordinator.
