ROEL Expands to Laughlin

Laughlin , Nevada … ROEL Construction Co. an 89-year-old, family-owned general contractor has opened an office in Laughlin located at 3650 South Pounte Circle, Suite 218 . The new office supports ROEL's project teams that are working on projects in the surrounding area. ROEL also has an office in Las Vegas that has been in operation since 1996.

Headquartered in San Diego , California , ROEL provides general construction, tenant improvement and special projects, structural concrete, surety support, construction management, and consulting services.

ROEL recently completed construction of the Laughlin Ranch clubhouse located at 1515 Bullhead Parkway in Bullhead City . The 35,000-square-foot clubhouse consisted of a grill and dining area, golf shop, salon, fitness center, and a spa with relaxation rooms and an outdoor pool. ROEL also completed the Laughlin Ranch Halfway House, a 2,500-square-foot building with a barbeque area, exterior patios, and a service yard.

ROEL is progressing on the exterior improvement construction for Colorado Place, located at 2580 Highway 95 and 2585 Miracle Mile in Bullhead City. The 100,000-square-foot project includes the rehabilitation of the mixed use building and consists of new architectural features, stucco, paint, and planters as well as new tenant and monument signage, landscaping, and parking lot repairs. This $2 million project is scheduled to complete in late May 2006.
