ROEL Progresses on Tenant Improvement Construction of Desert Medical Properties

Lake Havasu City , AZ … ROEL Constuction Co. is progressing on tenant improvement construction for desert medical properties located at 1972 Mesquite Avenue . This 4,200-square-foot project consists of medical doctor's offices. The project is scheduled to complete June 2007.

Nicholas Rizzo, M.D., Terrance Gleason, M.D., and Alexander Zilberman, M.D. represent the owner, Southwest Surgery, LLC . Paul Selberg of Selberg Associates Inc. is the architect. ROEL representatives include Shawna Logsdon as project manager, Mark Shufeldt as superintendent, and Kathy Chance as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $317,800 project include Big Dog Paving, Protek Construction Inc., Mansell Welding Inc., Johnson-Manley Havasu Lumber Co., Form-A-Fab, Gale Insulation, Branson Sash and Door, Rudy Glass Company Inc., Southwest Plastering LLC, Buxton Drywall, Jewett Acoustics, Desert Floors, McMillin Painting, Craig Fire Protection, Skyline Plumbing, Reinke Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., and Sam Nichols Electric.
