ROEL Progresses on Tenant Improvements for 24 Hour Fitness
Los Angeles , CA . . . ROEL Construction Co. is progressing on tenant improvement construction for 24 Hour Fitness located at 505 South Flower Street . The 28,071-square-foot project consists of complete interior tenant improvement of an upscale “Active” club, including Group X room, main gym workout areas, steam and sauna rooms, and executive level locker rooms. This unique location is being constructed on the “B” level (which is two floors underground) of this 52-story high rise office building in downtown Los Angeles . This $2.2 million project is scheduled to complete in August 2006.
Dan Wisk is the representative for 24 Hour Fitness and Gino Polizzotto is the representative for Thomas Properties Group, the developer. Del Shotwell of Scheer Tanaka Dennehy Riley Architects is the architect. ROEL representatives include Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Mike Renna as senior project manager, Jeanne Graham as assistant project manager, Rajesh Badri as project engineer, Chad Terry as superintendent, and Christina Vu as project coordinator.
