ROEL Progresses on Tenant Improvement Construction of Inland Valley Bank

Moreno Valley , CA … ROEL Construction is progressing on tenant improvement construction for Inland Valley Bank located at 25125 Sunnymead Boulevard in Suite B. The 2,600-square-foot project includes high end finishes and is scheduled to complete in May 2006.

Meg Horn of Trendzitions is the construction manager and Sadia Syed of Rengel & Company is the architect. Stephen Abe represents the building owner, Butterfield Valley Partners . Ariv Wong of Wong & Assoicates Consulting Engineers Inc. is the structural engineer and Tim Hatch of Linwood Engineering is the M.E.P. engineer. ROEL representatives include Brent Jones as project manager, Patrick Bonnette as superintendent, and Valerie Grasman as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $358,565 project include G.D. Heil Inc., Tri-Moore Construction Company, Tahiti Cabinets Inc., New Century Door Inc., Olympia Glass & Metal Inc., GM Interiors, Prime Tile Inc., Paragon Acoustical Company Inc., Wallach's Inc, Steger Inc., Diversified Window Coverings Inc., Neptune Fire Protection Inc., Carr Plumbing Contractors Inc., Contemporary Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., and Superior Electrical Contractors.
