ROEL Completes Tenant Improvementa for The Melting Pot

San Diego , CA … ROEL Construction has completed tenant improvement construction of The Melting Pot located at 8980 University Center Lane in La Jolla . This 4,700-square-foot restaurant project included high-end finishes and a mezzanine deck addition. The Melting Pot Restaurants Inc. is the country's largest fondue restaurant chain.
