ROEL Completes Phase II Construction of Canyon Ridge

San Diego , CA … ROEL Construction has completed construction of Canyon Ridge located at 9440 Carroll Park Drive . Phase II consisted of building 944D.

Anna Orlando of The Irvine Company is the property manager and Scott McRobie, also of the Irvine Company, is the construction manager. Jim Darby of Pacific Cornerstone Architects Inc. is the project architect. ROEL representatives include Juliana Dupuis as group manager, Tim Lockridge as project manager, Steve Bastian as superintendent, and Barbara Harbin as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $1.3 million project include Casper Company, Rock Enterprises Construction Company, Titan Steel Fabricators Inc., Davis Framing, Equity Cabinets Co., Lavey Roofing, McBride Door & Hardware, Russell Glass Inc., Johnson Barnes & Finch, Wirtz Tile & Stone Inc., CJ's Interiors, General Coatings, Anchor Construction Specialties, Golden Image, Thyssen Krupp Elevator, Schmidt Fire Protection, A.O. Reed & Co., Control Air Conditioning Corporation, Sasco Electric, and Greater Alarm.
