ROEL Progresses on 24 Hour Fitness Kids Club La Jolla

Los Angeles , CA . . . ROEL Construction Co. is progressing on construction for the 24 Hour Fitness Kids Club located at 7655 Fay Avenue in La Jolla . The 1,350-square-foot Kids Club will be in the adjacent parking structure from the new 24 Hour Fitness Club in La Jolla . The Kids Club will include all new amenities to accommodate child care services for gym members and is scheduled to be completed March 2006.

Chris Bailey and Margot Farrell are the representatives for 24 Hour Fitness . Del Shotwell of Scheer Tanaka Dennehy Riley Architects is the architect. ROEL representatives include Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Mike Renna as senior project manager, Rajesh Badri as project engineer, Kevin Shields as superintendent, and Christina Vu as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $96,034 project include Casper's Concrete Cutting Inc., North County Cabinetry Inc., 3-D Door Inc., La Mesa Glass Inc., Interior Specialties Inc., Paradise Commercial Floorcovering Inc., Daryl Griffis Acoustics Inc., Anchor Construction Specialties Inc., Western Fire Protection Inc., KMP Plumbing Company Inc., Westernair Mechanical Services Inc., Rowan Electric , and CalProtection.
