ROEL Progresses on La Jolla Spa

San Diego , CA … ROEL Construction Co. is progressing on tenant improvement construction for the La Jolla Spa located at 7630 Fay Avenue in La Jolla . Construction of the 3,000-square-foot project consists of an expansion to their existing medical office building. This $1.7 million project is scheduled to complete in late July 2007.

Dianne York-Goldman and Jessica Wadley of La Jolla Spa MD represent the Owner, Mark Lyon of Architect Mark D. Lyon & Associates A.I.A. is the architect. Jim Bachoffer of C.D.S. Civil Engineers, Robert Pedregosa and Max Marcelo of Salehi & Salehi, Jerry Redolfi of C.W. La Monte Company, and Tom Naraghi of Naraghi Engineering make up the design team. ROEL representatives includeJuliana Dupuis as group manager, Tim Lockridge as project manager, Casey Kraning as project engineer and Bob Oostra as project superintendent.
