ROEL Progresses on Construction of Agua Caliente Hotel

Rancho Mirage, CA… ROEL Constuction is progressing on construction of the Agua Caliente Hotel located on Bob Hope Drive. The 552,000-square-foot project will consist of a 340-room hotel next to the existing casino with meeting rooms, pre-function convention space, and back of house areas. Completion is scheduled for the spring of 2008.

Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians is the owner, represented by Rob Donnels. VOA Associates is the architect along with Pearson Architects, Inc . Consultants to the design team are Lochsa Engineering and Surveying, Jehn Engineering, and MSA Engineering Consultants. ROEL representatives include Fred Nolta as group manager, Bill Carter as project director, Chris Heese, Jason Albrecht, Ben Pia Jr., and Jano Montoya as project managers, Todd Berg as assistant project manager, Abe Foglio, Dan Partridge, and Paula Montore as project engineers, Maynard Zillmer as general superintendent, Fidel Olvera, Jesse Gonzales, John Atherton, John Small, Matt Kaiser, Scott Russell, Tony Morris, Phil Lemoine, Drew Fendrick, and James Archer as superintendents, Sherman Gaines as regional safety director, Hector Gonzalez as safety site supervisor, Brandon Line as contract administrator, and Anna Turner as project coordinator, and Loni Beheshtaein and Heather Burak as administrative assistants.
