ROEL Completes Construction for the City of San Diego Water Planning Department

San Diego , CA … ROEL Construction has completed tenant improvement construction for the city of San Diego Water Planning Department. This 15,000-square-foot project consisted of a full floor remodel, consisting of all new finished and restrooms.

Deborah Valdivia of NNN Properties was the property manager and Kris Carpenter of Hurkes Harris Design Associates Inc. was the architect and construction manager. ROEL representatives included Dave McCarthy as group manager, Jason Hunking as project manager, Rich Gomez as superintendent, and Barbara Harbin as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $318,000 project included Resource Floors, Casper Company, Equity Cabinets, JSP Construction, General Coatings, Engineered Mechanical, Bergelectric Corp., Blue Horizons Enterprises, Sun Coast Drywall Systems Inc., Guy Evans Inc., G.A. Rogers Acoustics Inc., Vasquez Painting, Golden Image Windowcoverings, Western Fire Protection, KMP Plumbing, and Dialcom System Services Inc.
