ROEL Completes Phase I Tenant Improvements for Temple Adat Shalom

Bullhead City , AZ … ROEL Construction is progressing on exterior improvement construction for Colorado Place , located at 2580 Highway 95 and 2585 Miracle Mile. The project includes the rehabilitation of the 100,000-square-feet mixed use project and consists of new architectural features, stucco, paint, and planters. This approximately $900,000 project is scheduled for completion in April 2006.

The Center's total renovation cost is closer to $2,000,000 and includes new tenant and monument signage, landscaping and parking lot repairs.

hannon Herber is the property manager for Colorado Place and Richard Biegel of Biegel & Company LLC is the developer. Paul Selberg of Selberg Associates Inc. is the architect. ROEL representatives include Wayne Hickey as project executive, Bill Carter as group manager, Shawna Logsdon as project manager, Mike Bolda as project engineer, Bill Gildea as superintendent, and Janice Dempsey as project coordinator.
