ROEL Progresses on Construction of Phase II of Park Manor Suites Hotel

San Diego , CA . . .ROEL Construction Co. is progressing on Phase II construction of the Park Manor Suites Hotel, located at 525 Spruce Street . Phase II includes a seismic retrofit to an existing brick façade of the building on multiple floors. The 75,000-square-foot project will also include a new elevator to the seventh floor, upgrades to existing elevators, ADA improvements, and tenant improvements to interior bar, kitchen, and dining areas. Site work includes demolition, paving, and earthwork. This $2.7 million project is scheduled for completion June 2006.

Elizabeth Willis is the owner's representative of Park Manor Suites Hotel. Tony Piscitello of B&G Consultants is the construction manager representing Park Manor Suites Hotel. Darrold Davis of CCBG Architects, Inc. San Diego is the architect and Paul Feather is the structural engineer from Structural Engineering Solutions . ROEL representatives include Juliana Dupuis as group manager, Eric Solem as project engineer, Gary Meredith as superintendent, and Barbara Harbin as project coordinator.
