ROEL Completes Phase I Tenant Improvements for Temple Adat Shalom

Poway, CA… ROEL Construction has completed phase I tenant improvement construction for Temple Adat Shalom located at 15905 Pomerado Road. Phase I consisted of site improvements, paving, and landscaping.

James Weil is representing the owner, Temple Adat Shalom . Bennett Lord of Lord Architecture Inc. is the architect and Marius Sinca of Construction Testing & Engineering is the civil engineer. ROEL representatives include Wayne Hickey as project executive, Mike Berryhill as senior project manager, Jason Albrecht as assistant project manager, Gary Sershon as project superintendent, and Hilary Alarcon as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for phase I of this project included Errica's Inc., Overson-Rand, The Brickman Group LTD, Rossi Concrete, North County Gunite Co., ABC Construction, Lyons Masonry, San Diego Construction Welding, Saddleback Waterproofing, KMP Plumbing Co., and Neal Electric Corporation.
