ROEL Progresses on Discovery Business Center

Irvine , CA …ROEL Construction is progressing on construction of Discovery Business Center located in the Irvine Spectrum. This 316,000 sf project consists of six 2-story, tilt-up, office buildings. The $22 million project is scheduled to complete in October 2006.

The Irvine Company is the developer and Westling and Associates is the construction manager. LPA, Inc. is the architect. ROEL representatives include Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Jeff Anderson as group manager, Emmanuel Chaverot as project manager, Rick Chapple as superintendent, and Toni Riley as project coordinator.
