ROEL® CONSTRUCTION COMPLETES TENANT IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION FOR HATTER WILLIAMS & PURDY

Carlsbad , CA … ROEL Construction has completed tenant improvement construction for Hatter Williams & Purdy, Inc.'s offices located at 2230 Faraday Ave , Building C. This 5,000-square-foot project consisted of new plumbing, electrical, and mechanical. Starting as a cold shell, ROEL also installed all new finishes. The office construction was completed in just twelve weeks.

Scott Purdy represented the owner, Hatter Williams & Purdy Inc., and Dawn Schrock of Hurkes Harris Design Associates, Inc. was the architect. ROEL representatives included Dave McCarthy as group manager, Dustin Purdy as project engineer, Robert Kay & Harold Kenega as superintendents, and Mindy Bryant as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $408,000 project included Davis Framing, Equity Cabinets Co., Insulcom, Hess Roofing, Ehmcke Sheet Metal, McBride Door & Trim, Centex Glazing, Sun Coast Drywall Systems Inc., ReSource Floors Inc., CMS Interiors Inc., Horizon Painting, Anchor Construction Specialties Inc., KMP Plumbing, Bingham Heating & Air, Faucher Electric, and Regal Cleaning Company.
