ROEL Completes Phase I Tenant Improvements for National University; Phase II Underway

Los Angeles , CA … ROEL Construction has completed tenant improvements for National University located at 5245 Pacific Concourse Drive . The 52,000-square-foot project consisted of a complete remodel to three floors of the existing building and included high-end custom finishes, including wood acoustic ceilings, custom millwork, fabric wrapped acoustic wall panels, and cherry wood veneer wall finishes. Highlights included the admissions reception and office, science labs, hi-tech computer classrooms, high end faculty offices, music/art room, television studio, nursing lab, three-tier presentation room, and more.

The 70,000-square-foot building was recently acquired from Newport Beach based Greenlaw Partners by members of the Doheny family and is managed by G&N Management, an affiliate. Architects | Delawie Wilkes Rodrigues Barker was the architect. Consultants to the design team included Hope Engineering, Magna Air Masters , TKG Consulting Engineers, Schirmer Engineering, BKM Office Works, I.R. Security Systems & Safety, Urban Concepts, and Roethermal & Associates as acoustic consultant. ROEL representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Mike Renna as senior project manager, Chad Barnes as assistant project manager, Matt Bukowiecki as superintendent, and Ania Sorbe as project coordinator.
