ROEL Completes Construction of Newest Phase of Discovery Business Center

Irvine , CA … ROEL Construction has completed construction of the newest phase of Discovery Business Center in Irvine Spectrum. This 316,000 sf project consisted of six 2-story, campus style office buildings featuring high-speed communications infrastructure.

Discovery Business Center is located on Irvine Center Drive in Irvine Spectrum. With the completion of the latest phase, the center consists of 24 campus-style office buildings offering easy transportation access to major freeways, ample surface parking and a range of retail amenities.

The Irvine Company was the developer and Westling and Associates was the construction manager. LPA, Inc. was the architect. ROEL representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Mike Kearon as group manager, Emmanuel Chaverot as project manager, Rick Chapple and Matt Bukowiecki as superintendents, and Toni Riley as project coordinator.
