ROEL Completes Tenant Improvements for Wells Fargo Murrieta Branch

Murrieta , CA … ROEL Construction has completed tenant improvement construction for the Wells Fargo Murrieta branch. The 17,000-square-foot project consisted of a build out on the fourth floor. It included perimeter offices, a break room, and conference rooms.

Siranoush Rousian represented Wells Fargo and Eric Dye represented the property owner, Whitaker Investment & Facilities Corporation . Gary Friar of Interior Architects was the project architect. ROEL representatives included Dave McCarthy as group manager, Sean McCormack as project manager, Dave Murphy as superintendent, and Johnie Lundgren as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this $749,907 project included Spooner's Woodworks, Alcal Arcade (Insulcom), Resner Builders Hardware, La Mesa Glass, Johnson Barnes & Finch, Paramount Tile, Workplace Services, Zephyr Painting, Ashby's Custom, Advanced Equipment Corporation, Specified Products, Schmidt Fire Protection, A.O. Reed & Company, National Air, and Bergelectric .
