ROEL Completes Tenant Improvements for Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc.

Irvine , CA … ROEL Construction Co. has completed tenant improvement construction for Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc. (FBR) located at 18101 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 900 . The 6,500-square-foot project consisted of demolition, an office build out in Lakeshore Tower , and high end finishes. This included a state of the art LAN room with Multiple Liebert cooling units, security system, and a UPS power backup system.

Dennis Potts and Lisa Stumm of Studley were the construction managers and Christina Uhlken of IA Interior Architects was the architect. ROEL representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Brent Jones as project manager, Zack Montgomery as project engineer, Bob Pullen as superintendent, and Christina Vu as project coordinator.
