ROEL Awarded Father Joe's Village

San Diego , CA … ROEL Construction has been awarded the contract for the new construction of Father Joe's Village. The 217,115-square-foot project will be located on 16 th and Market Streets and will consist of 136 apartment units in a 12-story building with retail space on the first floor and two levels of underground parking. The project is an Affordable/Workforce Housing development in the Ballpark Redevelopment District. Construction is scheduled to start in February 2007 and complete in September 2008.

im Holmberg and Matthew Packard are the representatives for Saint Vincent De Paul Village, the developer. Joseph Wong of Joseph Wong Design Associates is the architect and Al deBerardinis of Cruzan Monroe is the construction manager. ROEL representatives include Brent Hughes as senior project manager, Rob Cruden as project manager and Drew Peterson as superintendent.
