ROEL Progresses on Tenant Improvement Construction for Sunwest Bank

Newport Beach , CA … ROEL Construction is progressing on tenant improvement construction for Sunwest Bank located at 1500 Quail Street in Suite 120 . The 3,000-square-foot project consists of a completely new bank branch office which includes a 32-square-foot radiused marble teller line and a store front ATM machine. The bank is scheduled to open January 30, 2006 .

Mark Thene of Cushman & Wakefield of California Inc./Irvine is the landlord's representative and Sandra Clark of Space Matters is the overall project manager. Michael Ramirez is the manager of corporate administration for Sunwest Bank and Tony Sieber of Hattox Design Group is the architect. Cathy Morehead and Jeffrey Pickins of Cathy Morehead & Associate are the interior designers. ROEL representatives include Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Philip Levesque as project manager, Jeanne Graham as assistant project manager, Troy Renfroe as superintendent, and Christina Vu as project coordinator.

Subcontractors for this project include Empire Demolition Inc., North County Cabinetry Inc., Doortek Systems Inc., Olympia Glass & Metal Inc., Premier Wall Constructors Inc., Paramount Tile, Grani Installation Inc., Commercial Interior Resources Inc., Lawrence B.
