ROEL Completes Remodel of Desert Horizons Coutry Club Clubhouse

Indian Wells, CA… ROEL Construction Co. has completed the remodel of Desert Horizons Country Club Clubhouse, located at 44-900 Desert Horizon Drive in Indian Wells. This private country club renovation consisted of faux paint, a beautiful cast fireplace and tile surround at the grand foyer, fabric wall panels, and wainscot in the grand dining room. The private dining room and men's locker room were both renovated and feature fine woodwork. The porte cochere was enlarged to accommodate more cars and was enhanced with stamped concrete, brand new skylights, stucco, floor tile, and pavement upgrades. The new outdoor dining terrace features a large fire pit area, trellis, misting system, and ceiling fans.

Jerome Jenko, board president, and Jurgen Gross CCM, general manager, were representatives for Desert Horizons Country Club. Donald Dreusike of DWD Associates Inc. was the construction manager and Craig Pearson of Pearson Architects Inc. was the architect. Kenna McKenzie of McKenzie Design provided interior design. Brian Gottlieb of B.G. Structural Engineering, Ralph Raya of MRC Engineering, and Ron Thornton of Causey Electric Inc. made up the project engineering team. ROEL representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Brent Jones as project manager, Jeanne Graham as project engineer, Craig White as superintendent, and Valerie Grasman as project coordinator.
