ROEL Completes Tenant Improvement Construction of GERS

La Jolla , CA . . . ROEL Construction Co. has completed tenant improvement construction of GERS Retail Systems located at 9890 Towne Center Drive . This 41,000-square-foot design/assist project consisted of HVAC/electrical upgrades, new computer room and replacement of interior finishes, completed for approximately $1,200,000. ean Worra, Mary Thomas, and Bob Franzetta were the representatives for GERS. Peggy Jesme, Pamela Van Nort, and Steve Center were the representatives for the developer, The Irvine Company. Kirt Gilliland of Irving Hughes was the construction manager and Dexture Lusi of Gensler was the architect. ROEL representatives included Juliana Dupuis as group manager, Jason Gauerke as project engineer, Ray Huelsman as superintendent, and Kia Hardy as project coordinator.
