San Diego , CA . . .ROEL Construction Co. is progressing on construction for Mission Valley YMCA, located at 5505 Friars Road . This project consists of underground utilities, a new 25 meter pool, restrooms, a stretch room, and new block walls. This $1.8 million project is scheduled for completion December 2006.

Richard Webster Vice President – Executive Director, represents Mission Valley Family YMCA and Felipe Ricketts of Architects Mosher Drew Watson Ferguson is the architect. Dodd and Associates, Psomas, HVAC Engineering, The Hidden Door Interior Design Services, Kawasaki Theilacker Ueno & Associates, and LSW Engineers make up the project design team. ROEL representatives include Wayne Hickey as project executive, Dave McCarthy as group manager, Robert Kay as superintendent, Dustin Purdy as project engineer, and Carmen Ramirez as senior project coordinator.
