ROEL Progresses on SBC Lobby Reimaging
San Diego , CA … ROEL Construction is progressing on tenant improvement construction for The Irvine Company's SBC building located at 101 West Broadway in downtown San Diego . This 25,000-square-foot re-imaging project consists of lobby upgrades and tenant improvements to the corridors and restrooms. The project is scheduled for completion February 2007.
Elan Walshe represents the owner, The Irvine Company, and Dave Palmer of Palmer Construction Services is the construction manager. ROEL representatives include Juliana Dupuis as group manager, Tim Lockridge as project manager, Eric Solem as project engineer, Pat Farris as superintendent, and Diane Huston as project coordinator.
