ROEL Completes Tenant Improvement Construction for QUALCOMM's Building A
San Diego , CA … ROEL Construction has completed tenant improvement construction of QUALCOMM, Incorporated's building A. The 4,000-square-foot project included tenant improvements of office space and associated site work.
QUALCOMM, Inc. is the owner, represented by Chuck Nichols and Peter Katsiapis. Frank Ternasky of San Diego-based Architects | Delawie Wilkes Rodrigues Barker was the architect. Consultants to the design team included Louis Abbott of Walsh Engineers and John Elder and Elvia Alvarez of ILA + Zammit Engineering Group . ROEL representatives included Wayne Hickey as project executive, Doug Briggs as group manager, Jason Gauerke as project manager, Gary LaFever as superintendent, and Dana Valade as project coordinator.
Major subcontractors included Cement Cutting Inc., Equity Cabinet Company, Central Coating Company, McBride Door & Hardware Inc., Russell Glass Inc., Raymond Interior Systems, DFS Flooring Inc., General Coatings Corporation, Schmidt Fire Protection Company Inc., Green Building Technologies Inc., Ickler Electric Corporation, Blue Horizons Enterprises, and Specified Products Inc.
