ROEL Completes Tenant Improvements for Central Park West & Astoria
Irvine , CA … ROEL Construction Co. has completed tenant improvement construction for Intergulf Development (USA) Corp. and Lennar Coastal Communities located at 2500 Michelson Drive . The project consisted of an information and sales studio for Central Park West, a planned mixed-use community made up of two high-rise condominium towers, townhouses, and retail space. Also featured at the information studio is a fully furnished dual-master condominium, from Astoria , Central Park West's luxury high-rise residences. The information and sales studio included high-end custom finishes including marble stone flooring, walnut stained millwork with granite tops, hardwood flooring, leather accent walls, video feature walls, built-in stone pebble water feature wall, custom lighting, as well as condominium upgrades that include a Lutron control system to integrate the lighting, automated window coverings and audio / video systems.
Intergulf Development representatives included Joe Werner, Dan Matheson, and Laura Grow. Denise Hayes and Keven Doherty represented Lennar Coastal Communities. Charlene Tsutsumida of Tsutsumida and Associates Inc. was the construction manager. Interior's were designed by Jenny Giffen of Creative Design Consultants, LLC. ROEL representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Mike Renna as senior project manager, Jeanne Graham as assistant project manager, Robert Serna as superintendent, and Valerie Grasman as project coordinator.
Subcontractors for this $900,000 project included Empire Demolition, J.K.B. Corporation, So-Cal Structural Steel Fabrication Inc., W.B. Powell, Guy Evans, Richelieu Glass Company Inc., GM Interiors, Paramount Tile Inc., Paragon Acoustical Company Inc., Professional Diversified Flooring Inc., Pacific Rim Contractors, Creative Environments Inc., Stumbaugh & Associates Inc., All Pro Fire Protection, American Contractors Inc., Control Air Conditioning, and SCG Electric Inc.
