ROEL Completes Runvee Hobart Clubhouse
Las Vegas , NV … ROEL Constuction has completed construction of Runvee Hobart Clubhouse located in North Las Vegas . This 13,100 sf wood-frame and stucco community clubhouse features a billiard room, fitness room, aerobics room, saunas, a cabana, and a gatehouse. The $2.8 million clubhouse is part of Centex Homes' Las Vegas development, Ardiente.
Centex Homes is the developer and KTGY Group was the architect. ROEL representatives included Bill Carter as operations manager, Curt Favinger as project manager, and Kevin Flynn as superintendent.
