ROEL Completes Rally Hyundai
Palmdale , CA … ROEL Construction Company has completed construction of the Rally Hyundai auto dealership. The 21,000-square-foot project consisted of a new Hyundai facility and Chevrolet expansion on four acres.
Paul Nieminski is the representative for Rally Auto Group. Mike Montenegro and Paul Eddy of Whitfield Associates Architect & Design made up the architecture team. Consultants to the design team included Cozard and Fox, Brandow & Johnston Associates, Thermalair, Causey Electric, ICS, Superior Fire Protection, and NorCal Engineering. ROEL representatives included Betty Lynn Senes as project executive, Ken Gladney as project manager, Troy Renfroe as superintendent, and Jodi Herrmann as project coordinator.
Subcontractors for this $4.4 million project included The Cornerstone Group, Royster Engineering, American Fence Company, Agro-Tech Landscape, Onyx Paving Company, Advantage Asphalt, Samrod Corporation, Lakeview Builders, Nibbelink Masonry Construction Corp., Triad Steel Services, Taber Company, Mark Beamish Waterproofing, Paragon Schmid Building Products, Angeles Arc Roofing, Van Nuys Sheet Metal, Commercial Door and Frame, West Coast Door, Palmdale Glass & Mirror, Freeman Lath & Plaster, Al Shankle Construction, Razook Tile, Socal Acoustics, SCS Flooring Systems, Saddleback Construction Specialties and Visionaire Lighting.
