Bank. Implemented owner controlled insurance program for entire
project portfolio and achieved credits from General Contractor and
sub contractors to offsite major portion of insurance costs.

Appointed as President and Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate
Development Company in May 2006 to continue urban development
activity and create Urban and Suburban In-fill division. Acquired
and entitled three properties as President and expanded staff to
include internal marketing and construction management.

Mr. McBride has experience as a Big-four CPA, corporate CFO, and
financial consultant specializing in litigation support services, preparing
and defending construction contract claims, auditing and reviewing
construction costs, strategic planning, process change, business plans,
acquisition due diligence, financial statement preparation, forecasting,
budgeting, and systems implementation. He has broad experience in
the construction, real estate, aviation, distribution and manufacturing
industries and his audit experience includes serving companies in other
industries. He has used this business experience to help resolve
complex claims and disputes and to mediate the close-out process on
many GMP and cost-plus contracts.

In the construction industry, he has worked extensively in all facets of
contractor operations and in litigation with both public works and private
contracting issues. He has been responsible as a CFO and Controller for
the accounting on more than five hundred construction projects totalling
over 1.5 billion dollars.

Investigated over 70 consumer complaints as part of the California
Contractors State License Board’s industry expert program; testified in
court cases in: California, Nevada, Washington, Colorado and Kansas.
