ROEL has been a family-owned and -operated general contracting business since 1917. Our experience and integrity run three generations deep. We take our roots seriously. One of our ten ROEL ideals is "family traditions."

Even so, with an annual contracting volume of $300 million, we wouldn't exactly call ourselves a mom and pop shop. We're always seeking highly qualified people to add their names to our family tree.
